Terms & Conditions - Scratch Card& Lucky Draw

The participant will receive all Scratch Cards post the Closure of the Contest, latest by 22nd  Dec by company appointed Sales Promoter. The scratch card winning prizes will be disbursed to the winner within 7 Days from the end of the contest ending as on 15th Dec 2020. The winning prizes on the scratch card shall be disbursed by the promoter through Star-Ads on the day of Scratching the same at the doorstep of the establishment (Here in Mentioned as the Shop). The Lucky Draw Contest is only applicable in selected Districts (Siliguri, Asansole, Ranaghat, Kolkata (Burra Bazar), Habra).

The duration of the Scratch Card Assured gift contest is from 1st December 2020 to 15th December 2020. The Lucky Draw for selected district will happen within 31st Dec 2020 and all Prizes as per the Lucky Draw will be disbursed by 31st Dec in hand by the appointed Agency, here in mentioned as Star Ads.

A merchant/shop can participate as many times as he buys the minimum qty of Rs 2000    of Tata Tea Gold.

Star Ads is the sole authorized agency, responsible for sending out gifts to the winners.

This offer is not applicable to consumers and this is applicable only to the Retailers / wholesalers.

3. Lucky Draw will happen only Once post 22nd Dec in a phased manner in only the selected markets mentioned above and the Total number of prizes are:-

Tata consumer products is authorised to withdraw the offer without any prior intimation.

The contest is applicable only in selected markets as mentioned above in point number 7.

The prizes shall be distributed to the winners in physical, by the agency.

All IPR rights including trademark, copy right and designs used are the property of their respective owners.

Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional     website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.

Company reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to extend the Contest  /period /vary/delete or amend any of the terms and condition/ cancel/ withdraw the contest at any time during the contest period, without any prior notice.

Prize is neither exchangeable for cash nor transferrable, and will be given to the winner,  through Lucky Draw.

Participation in the contest is voluntary and will be construed as an acceptance of the  terms and conditions stipulated herein.

Company’s decision on any and or all matters relating to this contest including the determination of the winner shall be final, conclusive and binding. The Contestant undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit to cover the   Contest through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.

Each Contestant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into    binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking part and/or entering into the Contest the Participant warrants that all information provided by Contestant regarding name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.

This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations. All disputes in  this regard shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts of Bangalore only.
